FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: Darth Vader is an imposing man in dark armor, coming in at 6'7" and weighing nearly 300 pounds. Underneath, he is covered in scars, has a great deal of tissue damage, and is missing both legs and one hand. The armor is not just to make him look imposing, it keeps him alive.
AURAL: Here is a sampling of his voice. He is voiced by James Earl Jones. He also has distinctive sounding breaths, which I'm sure most people are familiar with.
OLFACTORY: Vader smells of ozone and metal, but don't sniff him.
DEMEANOUR: Vader is very serious and deliberate in anything that he does. He has no visible face, and his mask is designed to look angry, even if he is not. It is fair to assume that he is generally disinterested most of the time, and affects that kind of attitude unless he is angry, at which point he drops all pretense of politeness.

I am also aware that some people may not be comfortable threading with Vader at all.
